Cecilia was an almost-famous bounty hunter around Fanelia, Hyrule, and Risa.  What really shot her reputation up, before she came to Shaldani, was when she captured Kara Fanel, Krysta Fanel, and a few others.  She disappeared shortly after her plans where spoiled, however.  A few months later, after the Gaurdians came and went, she resurfaced, this time in Shaldani.  She found her way to the Phoenix House, and immediately recognized Krysta, not knowing that she wasn't the same one she knew from before.  She decided to stick around the house, and spy a little, just to see what was going on, and what they were all about.  After a few weeks, she formed a devious little plan to capture one of them, and take them to the Ebene as an offering so she could join their army.  Her captive turned out to be Sito Fanel.  After being stuck in a cave with him for a couple days, she realized she was growing fond of him, and decided it best he be delivered as soon as possible.  After she offered him up, though, she realized she made a mistake.  After Sito was freed, she began to visit him regularly at the house, until she realized that she was actually falling in love with him.  Sito is mainly, and most likely the only, reason why Cecilia joined the Phoenix House.  Although she is quick to anger, she hides it quite well, and acts calm and collected.  She's a bit crazy and still a little blood thirsty, and she still keeps up with her unique 'cooking.'
